CPU1741 Urgent Response and Telecare Service URTS

1.1 Oxfordshire County Council is seeking to combine the following existing services into a single Urgent Response and Telecare Service: the Crisis Service; the Emergency Carers Support Service; the call monitoring of telecare alarms; the 24/7 emergency response service for telecare alarms.
