Refurbishment Works - Cowen Ave

Harrow Council is looking to appoint a contractor to carry out refurbishment works to an existing residential block within the London Borough of Harrow. The primary objective was to create a better-defined and marked improvement on the existing residential blocks with a new aesthetical appearance.
