The Authority are seeking to commission an organisation over the 21/22 financial year with expert knowledge of community providers to understand the barriers and enablers to the international recruitment of Registered Nurses to community provider organisations and to co-produce the solutions with provider organisations in order help them establish a pipeline of overseas nurses to be welcomed into community nursing teams.
