Soft Market Test: Modern Parking Solutions for Leicestershire sites

Leicestershire County Council (LCC) wishes to introduce a modern, user-friendly car parking solution at its Snibston Destination Park. If the approach proves successful, it may lead to the solution being rolled out to other Country Park car parks.
