CITB would like to purchase an SMS text survey system license (6 users) to send construction training hub beneficiaries simple text surveys; to check whether they are still in construction employment at intervals after the intervention. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
