26547 - Heat Decarbonisation Programme Phase B.2

Plymouth City Council (PCC) have almost completed Phase A, parts 1 & 2 and are in progress with Phase B Part 1 of their decarbonisation programme. PCC are now continuing with Phase B Part 2 tackling more of their building estate to further contribute to their Net Zero by 2030 ambitions.
