Calderdale & Huddersfield Solutions Ltd (CHS) ("the Authority") is seeking a Supplier to supply a Referral Triage, Advice and Guidance and Validation Service (Service) on behalf of Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust (CHFT).
