KM01.180419 - Appointment of a Consultant to undertake Stock Condition Surveys and other associated services for Grand Union Housing Group - AWARD

The Services generally comprise: - Undertake Stock Condition Surveys to 2,130 nr Properties; - Provide all data back in a format readily able to update GUHG's Strategic Asset Management system (SAM) IT software (formally Codeman); - Validate the accuracy of the existing information; and - Provide Quinquennial and other reports.
