005906 - Removal of Japanese Knotweed - Newbiggin Hall Shopping Centre

Newcastle City Council with its partners Gentoo are looking to build on the site of New Biggin Hall Shopping Centre. Currently, however, there is an infestation of Japanese knotweed located on the site which needs to be excavated before construction can begin.
