Community Opportunities: Enhancing Independence, Choice and Inclusion is a Framework Agreement. It is divided into 4 lots. - Lot 1 Older People - Lot 2 Adults with Learning Disability (Moderate to severe which may include people with autistic spectrum conditions - Lot 3 Adults with Mental Ill Health - Lot 4 Adults with Physical Disability and Sensory Impairment (including sensory impairments, which may include people who are D/deaf, D/deafblind and visually or hearing impaired people)
