GMCA 1225 Good Landlord Charter Evaluation

GMCA is seeking a supplier to evaluate the implementation and delivery of the Greater Manchester Good Landlord Charter (GLC) over a three-year period. The Good Landlord Charter is a voluntary scheme for landlords who want to commit to higher standards than they are currently required to by law.
