Construction of a self-supporting metal walkway, balustrading, handrails and a flight of stairs, and four mounts for interpretative panels to affix to balustrading. To be situated beneath HMS Victory, a wooden vessel of international importance, within No. 2 Dock, which forms part of a Scheduled Monument and Grade I listed structure.
