QU324 - Service and Maintenance Contract for Instant Hot & Chilled Water Taps & Units

The Council is proposing to award a 3-year agreement for the servicing, maintenance and replacement of a number of instant hot & chilled water hydro taps and hydro boil units within its CAB portfolio managed by Birmingham Property Services (BPS).
