H1725 - Responsive and Planned Maintenance

Provision of full housing repairs service on a reactive and pro-active nature including voids, refurbishments and planned works including kitchen and bathroom replacements, External Works and Roofing. There will be 2 seperate contracts (North and South) and each will be for an initial four year period with the ability to extend up to ten years in two up to three year incriments.
