The project is currently in RIBA Stage 3 which is due to complete March 2018. The emerging design proposals assume block retention of the Alexandra Wing which fronts onto Gray's Inn Road, and the full demolition of Sussex, Victoria and Levy Wings that form the courtyard behind.
