Rapid Discharge Service Lot 4 and Lot 5 additional capacity

Hampshire County Council are seeing providers to provide extra Rapid Discharge Service (RDS) capacity in Lots 4 and 5. This is a short-term reablement and domiciliary service offering timely discharge of individuals who may have an eligible Care Act need.
