NWL0145 Provision of Community Enhanced Health Check services in North Kensington

NHS NW London ICB requires the provision of Enhanced Health Check services in North Kensington (NK) community venues from 5th February 2023 to 31st March 2024. The overall aim is to address the concerns in the community regarding long term ill health as a result of the Grenfell Tower fire and to provide an early intervention through health promotion to prevent diseases which are prevalent in the NK area.
