Research into foreign direct investment in the UK space industry

The aim of this research is to provide evidence relating to attracting Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in the UK space sector by enhancing our understanding of: - The factors influencing different types of organisations' decisions to establish, invest and grow in the UK; - Specifically, the extent to which UK involvement in ESA influences the FDI decision-making process and the reasons for this; and, - How Government can be more effective in attracting FDI to set-up and grow in the UK in the future.
