St Albans City and District Council (“the Council”) invites Tenders for the supply of construction and infrastructure services for the Christmas Market to be held in the grounds of St Albans Cathedral, particularly the Vintry Garden, Waxhouse Gate and Sumpter Yard in 2015, 2016 and 2017.
