43 & 45 Doncaster Crescent Refurbishment

Thirteen Housing Group (THG) is inviting tenders from contractors for the refurbishment of 43 & 45 Doncaster Crescent, Ragworth, Stockton. The project includes the following: • Removal and disposal of Kitchen, Bathroom and Heating Systems. • Removal of redundant Fire Safety Systems. • Re-wire of properties, subject to testing. • Installation of Kitchen, Bathroom and Heating Systems as described in attached schedules. • General refurbishment works in attached schedules.
