The Waste Packaging and Encapsulation Plant (WPEP) is a two-line process plant designed for encapsulating Flocculant (FLOC) arisings from the Enhanced Actinide Removal Plant (EARP) process, waste from the Segregated Effluent Treatment Plant (SETP) and the Effluent Plant Maintenance Facility (EPMF).
