Media monitoring & database

Ofcom uses media monitoring to assess, and sometimes respond to, news coverage about our work, ensuring it is accurate and informative for people who read, see or hear it. Our media team uses a journalist database to allow us to contact news desks, reporters, columnists, editors and bloggers about our work, explaining announcements and responding swiftly to queries. We require timely, reliable, daily emails linking to coverage/clips relating to Ofcom from all UK national newspapers, major regional titles, newsstand...
