The Services being procured are Main Contractor services, for the development of a new Coventry 50m Swimming Pool and Enhancement of Associated Public Leisure Facilities. The new facility will be located at the existing Alan Higgs Centre, the existing facility will be refurbished to house new swimming pool facilities and to enhance some of the existing dry side areas.
