The Council is seeking a supplier to undertake a tenant profiling exercise to enable the Council to improve the customer data available. This needs to be conducted so that the Council hold data that can be analysed and used by the Council to deliver services that meet our tenants needs in accordance with the requirements set out in the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2013.
