As part of the Amber Valley Borough Councils (AVBC) aim to regenerate its Towns and assist with meeting local housing need, it intends to convert Market House (located at the junction of Market Place & Church Street Ripley)- an unused office building- into 9 self-contained flats and refurbish an existing retail unit within the building.
