NHS Calderdale, Greater Huddersfield & North Kirklees CCG: AQP Diagnostics Over 55s Adult Hearing Service

Any Qualified Provider (AQP), Adult Hearing Service for those aged 55 years and above with age related hearing loss, that are part of the registered population across the Calderdale, Huddersfield and North Kirklees CCGs footprint. The Adult Hearing Service will offer a direct access service aimed at adults aged 55 and over experiencing difficulties with their hearing and communication and where a GP considers they may benefit from hearing assessment and care.
