Provider Panel for Adult Learning & Skills Provision

Durham County Council's Adult Learning & Skills Service (ALSS) are looking to set up a panel of providers who can deliver learning and education opportunities for adults aged 19+ within County Durham. The Provider Panel will be a flexible agreement where, at the sole discretion of the Council, it may re-open the Panel to allow additional providers to be added to its membership.
