Concession Contract for Catering Services at NETPark

The Council is currently undertaking the construction of a new café on the NETPark site, Sedgefield which will be called Café @ NETPark. The café is required to accommodate the growing demands of an expanding site which currently houses 37 companies employing approx. 550 staff.
