Plymouth City Council (PCC) has secured appropriate and qualified support to provide contract preparation, contract administration and CDM advice to support the Council as client with respect to 3 Transforming Cities Fund Schemes; 32 St Budeaux Interchange, 146 Dockyard to City Centre and 201 Dockyard to City Centre (TCF 146 and 201 are Walking and Cycling Improvements schemes).
