Energy NTSN authorisation support

The purpose of this work is to assess the technical files submitted for authorisation of subsystems complying with the Energy NTSN (National Technical Specification Notices) against the requirements of the Railways (Interoperability) Regulations 2011, and to review the risk management as documented through the CSM-RA process.
