Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CCG Minor Eye Conditions Service

The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CCG are commissioning a CCG-Wide Minor Eye Conditions Service from a single provider that will sub-contract with local Optometrists to provide the Minor Eye Conditions Service from their Optometrists Practices (Opticians). Referrals will be received from GPs, Optometrists, Secondary Care Providers, patient self-referrals.
