Sunderland City Council - Vaux Housing Development

Sunderland City Council sought a contract for the construction of a development of 132no. residential units, 154sqm of ancillary ground floor space suitable for café, retail or community enterprise; and a community allotment known as 'Kingsley Gardens' on the site of the Vaux.
