North Wales Police seek an experienced building construction company - the project will comprise of a full new build including foundations, external works, drainage, and parking. The building will be three storeys high and 1154m2. North Wales Police have an aspiration to achieve Net Carbon Zero 'in-use' therefore the heating systems must be Electric, the building must achieve EPC 'A' rating and an Air Tightness of at least 5m3/h/m2 at 50 pa.
