NHS Health Checks

In April 2013, the Health and Social Care Act 2012 set out Local Authorities statutory responsibilities for commissioning the NHS Health Check programme. Cornwall Council are inviting all GP Surgeries within Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly to join a light touch, Approved Provider List for the Provision of Health Checks.
