The construction of a rock ramp type fish pass at Pottery Terrace Weir (PTW) on the River Douglas (Wigan), is part of the Opening Up the River Douglas programme (OUR Douglas), part funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) this project is below the thresholds for a full procurement procedure under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
