Falls Prevention Service

The London Borough of Hackney are pleased to invite bids for the Falls Prevention Service. The service is open to all older people - aged 55 and over - in Hackney and the City of London who are experiencing problems with their balance and strength, who have had a fall or who have become fearful of having a fall.
