GLA 81061 - London commercial boiler scrappage scheme - scheme design, development and administration

The purpose of the scrappage scheme is to rapidly boost commercial energy efficiency retrofit activity and the level of NOx and carbon savings in the capital, to improve air quality and help deliver the Mayor's ambition to make London a zero-carbon city by 2050. The GLA is seeking to appoint a service provider to design, develop and administer the project.
