Individual Supported Living Provision for Adults with a Learning Disability

The Council has an urgent need to commission Individual Supported Living provision for five adults living in three established groupings in the Southend-on-Sea borough. The service subject of this tender falls within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and as such are subject to the "light touch" procurement regime.
