BT1511 Provision of Fast Track Physiotherapy as part of the Council's Employee Wellness Plan

For a duration of Three plus one (3 + 1 years,extenstion) the Provider will provide 52 weeks per calendar year of physiotherapy advice and assistance on a Wednesday to Council employees who have been identified, and mutually agreed with that Council employee's manager and an occupational health staff (OHS), to have a condition that may benefit from physiotherapy.
