Emlyn Gardens - Supported living for adults with learning disabilities

Hammersmith & Fulham Council are tendering for a service to provide care and support for residents with learning disabilities within a supported living setting. The housing consists of eight self-contained new build flats, three of the eight are accessible for adults with physical disabilities.
