Leasehold Flat Buildings Insurance

The Council of the Borough of Bournemouth has appointed a supplier to provide its Leasehold tenanats (Right to Buy, Mortgaged and Shared Ownership Properties) with the provision of property7 insurance in respect of private dwellings sold on a leasehold basis, the majority of these were under the Right to Buy Legislation.
