Stage 1 Strategic Flood Risk Assessment update / review and an Outline Water Cycle Study for the emerging Sandwell Local Plan

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (The Council) wishes to commission suitably qualified consultants to undertake an update to / review of an existing Level 1 Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) and to produce a new Outline Water Cycle Study (WCS) for the borough in accordance with the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), Planning Practice Guidance (PPG), and Environment Agency (EA) guidance.
