National Pre-Sift

In 2018, a review was commissioned on police attraction and recruitment. One of those recommendations was to explore establishing a standardised national approach to sifting police applicants. This contract provides for an assessment tool for the purpose of pre-sifting applicants and delivers on this recommendation.
