Site Development Partner

The Trust is seeking to appoint a Development Partner to bring forward a residential scheme including associated infrastructure on circa 4 hectares of remediated land previously forming part of the old Alder Hey hospital site. The Trust is working closely with Liverpool City Council on this project as part of a collaborative partnership to maximise the use and opportunities the land affords.
