Wakefield Council has been successful in bidding for monies from the Government's Levelling-up Fund Round 1 which will enable the Authority to drive forward regeneration plans within the City to deliver long term economic and productivity growth. The funding contribution will enable Works to commence on the new Wakefield City Library and Museum.
