Invitation to tender for the provision of kennelling for stray dogs and the provision of a reception

Gedling Borough Council has a statutory duty, under the Environmental Protection Act 1990, to make adequate arrangements to seize stray dogs, to notify the owner (if known), and then to care for the stray dog for a period of at least seven clear days to allow the owner to come forward and reclaim the dog.
