Internal remodelling works which include the strip out of 4Nr toilet areas ie Year 2 girls, Year 2 boys, Reception / Year 1 boys and Reception / Year 1 girls and 4Nr classroom areas as follows: · refurbishment of the Y2 boys toilets (room 24 as indicated on plan) to create a divided Y2 boys and Y2 girls toilet space, including replacement of vinyl floor finish, sanitary ware, cubicles, vanity units, decoration, minor tiling, drainage and water connections. · refurbishment of the Reception / Year 1 girls toilets (...
