UV Spectrometers for use in Undergraduate Teaching within The School of Chemistry.
We intend to begin replacement of our L25 UV spectrometers within the undergraduate teaching labs. We have 7 existing Perkin Elmer L25 UV spectrometers in total, 6 of which are >14 years old, the 7th is a newer L365 and identical to to the ones we are requesting to purchase. All of the spectrometers use the same software. There is no guarantee when we will be in a position to buy subsequent instruments in the future to complete the full replacement of the suite of UV's, therefore, to ensure continuity for students...
