Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service owns a portfolio of 56 residential houses, at 6 different locations across Cheshire. The properties have been the subject of a programme of refurbishment work to bring them up to required standards under Contract CPA/SPU/1267F over the last 5 years, with that contract period ending March 2025.
