The Authority is looking to appoint a Service Provider(s) to deliver Extra Care Services at two settings in Lancashire: • Lot 1 Greenbrook House is an Extra Care scheme located in Whitworth, East Lancashire with 24 hour care services. The scheme has 42 flats. • Lot 2 Brookside is an Extra Care scheme located in Ormskirk, West Lancashire.
